Gowns:

Gowns that are all ready made (EBAY AUCTIONS) will be shipped out as soon as payment is clear. They will be shipped 2-3 priority most are free from the auction: read auction details.

Gowns that need to be made are shipped out as soon as they are finished , I ask for 1month to complete your custom Gown, And 50% down, : When the gown is finished I will send you a paypal notice to pay for the rest of it and it will be shipped out as soon as payment clears!

Flowers without Petals

On the gowns For the Flowers without Petals program, all girls info will be confidential, You can come to my house with a chaperon and pick out a gown to fit your event, You will be required to have fun and enjoy it to the best of your ability! and if you like when you are done you can donate it back to me , another girl or KEEP IT ! its up to you. There may be a waiting list depending on how many dresses I have aquired for the year, But I will do my best to fit each girl into a dress that needs one.

Donations

Those Who donate if you like I can inform you of how old the girl you made dreams come true, And what kind of event she will be attending , But any further information is private for the safty of the girls. Thank you so much for your understand and support!

Headpieces:

We will ship your order as soon as it is finished!

Please allow 2 weeks maximum for custom orders, Since they are handmade to your size it takes time to create your lovely headpieces.

On Our return policy , I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, Please Email me To solve the problem. I would be glad to exchange your piece with a item as close to yours as possible or do any adjustments you may need. My goal is to make sure it fits perfect! Please read all feedback as I have a 100% positive customers!

I DO NOT GIVE MONEY BACK as all costume shops I have a final sale policy!
